REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 

No Returns or Refunds All sales and service fees are final. Our platforms, Websites, Web Applications, Desktop Applications, Mobile Applications and our Services does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any purchased products, services, or subscriptions. Compensation for Contractual Breach In the event of a breach of this Agreement by the Client, the Client shall be liable for a penalty starting from 20,000 CHF (twenty thousand Swiss Francs). Additional compensation may be required for any losses incurred as a result of the breach, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost clients, and any legal expenses associated with the breach. Chargebacks and Disputes Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution will be considered a breach of this Agreement. The Client will be liable for a penalty and any legal fees associated with resolving the dispute. Cancellation Fees If a service or subscription is canceled before the agreed-upon term ends or terminate the contract, the Client may still be responsible for paying the full amount due under the original agreement. Legal Enforcement of Penalties In cases of violation, any penalties, compensation for losses, or legal fees will be enforceable in a court of law, with jurisdiction being Switzerland. No Transfer or Exchange of Services The purchased services or subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other services. Advance Payments and Deposits Any advance payments or deposits made are non-refundable, except where required by law. Termination for Breach If the Client's actions result in termination of the agreement due to a violation, the Client will be liable for all associated penalties and any losses resulting from the early termination. Waiver of Rights to Claims for Refund By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Client waives any right to claim a refund for any payments made under this Agreement. These details provide clarity on the financial responsibilities and potential penalties involved in case of a contractual violation, while clearly communicating the no-return policy.
